Base plates

A set of ground plates helps a (team) coach and manager to use the Scale of Collaboration as a guide and roadmap for team development. The ground plates depict the nine positions on the Scale and three action cards are available under each position. The set contains the following plates, the layers are detailed in the manual:

• At the top of the main classification (3) Survival, Evasion and Cooperation.
  Layer 1 and 2
• The nine positions (9) from Fight to Flow.
  Layer 3
• Three additional action cards per position (27)
  Layer 6
• Underneath additions (5)
  Layer 4 and 7
