Ground sheets

A set of ground sheets helps a (team) coach and manager to use the Scale of Cooperation as a guide and roadmap for team development. The ground plates depict the nine positions on the Scale, and three action cards are available under each position. The set contains the following plates; the layers are detailed in the manual:

• At the top of the main classification (3) Struggling, Avoiding and Cooperating.
  Layer 1 and 2
• The nine positions (9) from Fighting to Consolidate.
  Layer 3
• Three additional action cards per position (27 in total)
  Layer 6
• Underneath additions (5)
  Layer 4 and 7
