The Scale in motion

The Scale in Motion offers a versatile and detailed bookmark, containing what is useful for both an acquisition conversation and a coaching conversation. This product contains four pages that become visible by folding. Each new page offers a fresh look at the Scale. Together with a bookmark, you get a clear picture of the deeper layers in the Scale of Collaboration. In case 10 or 50 copies are purchased, you will receive the same number of bookmarks in the same language for free.

The Scale in Motion is especially suitable for executives, team leaders and coaches who find the ground plates or the coaching toolbox not so suitable or still too big a step. This product helps to sell the Scale as a roadmap for team development and is a great promotional gift for participants in a training where the Scale has been presented. The Scale in motion supports in evaluation conversations between a manager and employees. It gives wonderful insights and prompts conversation in a coaching conversation, in which collaboration in the coachee's network is discussed.
