Assessment and connection cards

This box contains the two most frequently used card sets from the coaching toolbox. So now also available as a combined set separate from the toolbox.

The box contains:
- 69 connection cards
- 61 assessment cards
- 4 large cards with instructions (double-sided)
- a QR code with a link to a webpage with even more instructions and work forms for these sets of cards

The connection cards are cards with questions that help to get to know and deepen the connection. They can be used in many ways to help people have a different conversation with each other than they are used to.

The assessment cards describe behaviours from the three worlds of the Scale and are a perfect tool to help teams discover where they are on the Scale, but can also be very well used to deepen the conversation about collaboration and look for concrete next steps for the team.
