The Scale of Cooperation originated around 2000 and has evolved significantly over the past 10 years. Always with small steps forward to get to where we are now. Meanwhile, many hundreds of people have thought about it, reflected on it and started using it, each in their own field of work, in government institutions, in companies, schools, in (medical) care and welfare work. Wherever teams function, the Scale of Cooperation is the roadmap to better cooperation.
