The Scale of Cooperation manual describes how to get started with groups using the Scale as a roadmap for team growth, team development and optimal cooperation. All eight layers that make up the Scale are described in detail. The manual is ideal in combination with the baseplates, but you can also get started with an A4 with the Scale on it. Written for managers, team leaders, team trainers and (team) coaches.

The Scale was edited in 2024. We are currently writing a new manual. Buyers will receive the 2020 manual with an appendix to use the latest version of the Scale.
