Training
The Scale is first and foremost an insight. You look at the Scale and almost immediately 'see' where you and a team 'stand'. Many people use the Scale in this way. To be able to transfer more than just an insight, there are training days. You learn to recognise where a group is, what you can do to help them move forward and to invite a group to 'move' on the Scale itself.
The Scale then not only becomes a common language of the team, but you can also address each other: "Is this criticism, a hint or feedback?". The other person then realises that criticism 'generates' irritation, a hint is noncommittal, and feedback only really gets things moving. You give each other feedback. The trick is then how to 'lock' the feedback because that requires commitment from both the giver and receiver! We then call a team (only) cooperative.

LEARNING TO USE THE SCALE OF COOPERATION
Three Dutch-language courses per year.
For managers, hrm employees, consultants, teachers, trainers and (team) coaches.
By signing up for these training days, of which there is one each year in winter, this year also one in Flanders starting in spring and one in summer. You also learn a lot from each other's expertise in the different professions.
Winter 2025/2026:
Friday 23 January (VOL) and 20 March 2026 (Day 3) in Nunspeet.
Spring 2026:
Thursday 2 April (Day 1), Friday 8 May (day 2) and Friday 19 June (Day 3) in Turnhout, Belgium.
Summer 2026:
Friday 12 June 2026 (Day 1), Friday 4 September (day 2) and Friday 23 October (Day 3) in Nunspeet.
Investment:
Complete package: 3 training days incl. set of ground plates (or the coaching toolbox), 250 bookmarks and the manual, from € 1130 for € 995 excl. vat.
The training: 3 training days incl. the manual € 875 excl. vat.
Individual day: 1 training day € 295 excl. vat.
The training can also be organised in-company with one or a combination of job groups.

LEARNING TO USE THE SCALE OF COOPERATION
English-language training
For executives, HRM staff, consultants, teachers, trainers and (team) coaches.
This course is aimed at an international audience. You will meet colleagues from other countries, discuss cultural differences and learn to work with the Scale. Two and a half days live and about 6 weeks later a half day online.
4 to 6 March 2026 + 1/2 day online
