If, besides theoretical knowledge about cooperation, leadership and coaching skills, you also want to learn how to use experiential learning in a valuable way in team development processes, then this training is for you!<\/p>\n<p>Team coaching, communication, and leadership training is ultimately very much about behaviour, and then it helps enormously to experience this in the training using active forms of work. That way, you don't just have to talk about things that once happened on the shop floor, but we can also look in the here and now at what everyone does and what effect this has on others.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">During the four days of training, you will learn:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The basic principles behind experiential learning<\/li>\n<li>Dealing with safety in experiential learning; both social and physical<\/li>\n<li>Organising, explaining and guiding activities well (and differentiating)<\/li>\n<li>Linking\/combining reflection methods with activities<\/li>\n<li>Your role\/attitude\/mindset as a coach working with experiential learning<\/li>\n<li>And, of course, some 20 powerful <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/vimeo.com\/team4teams\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">team exercises<\/a><\/strong> that you can apply immediately.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Structure:<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The training consists of a two-day course and then two more separate days. <br \/>In between the practical days, there is space for self-reflection, possible homework assignments, studying literature and possibly watching a training session. <br \/>The training is most effective if you also have opportunities between days to start putting what you have learned into practice already.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Practical:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dates: 24 and 25 September, 30 October and 11 December 2026.<\/li>\n<li>Location(s): central in the Netherlands<\/li>\n<li>Trainers: Floor Vullings and a different expert from Team4Teams for each training day<\/li>\n<li>6 to max. 12 participants<\/li>\n<li>Cost: \u20ac1250 excl.
